Dolphin Discovery is the only place in Cozumel to swim with sea lions and live a day full of adventure. During this program you will be able to meet and interact with these cute marine mammals facing the beautiful waters of Mexican Caribbean. The Sea Lion Discovery ® program includes fun activities with sea lions. You will learn about their diet and also you will feed them, pet them and they will give you a kiss.

Free Sea Lions Show!

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Schedules: 11:00 AM, 01:30 PM, 03:30 PM Duration of program: 45 minutes (including orientation)

Chankanaab Park admission included. Free Sea Lions show. Snorkel in Chankanaab National Park (Equipment not included) This Sea Lion Discovery program includes an up-close experience with sea lions, interesting facts about their life and great interactive moments. Facilities: pool, lockers, showers, restrooms	Transportation to Chankanaab National Park. Meals in Dolphin Discovery Cozumel facilities. Beverages in Dolphin Discovery Cozumel facilities. Photos of your experience with dolphins in Cozumel. Other activities in Cozumel or Riviera Maya.

Chankanaab admission rate for companions or without sea lion program is $19 USD adults and $10 USD kids.  It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program. In Cozumel, groups have a maximum of 10 people for a closer experience. Kids must be at least 8 years old and  height of 3’ 11” – 4’ 7” to participate in the Sea Lion Discovery ® program. Kids 11 years old or younger will only be able to participate with a paying adult. Kids over 11 years old will be able to swim on their own. The Chankanaab Park is opened daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you get to the Mexican island of Cozumel by cruise ship, verify your Schedule before booking to avoid inconveniences. The Time Zone in Cozumel is CST-Central Standard Time (UTC/GMT-6 hours) during winter and CDT-Central Daylight Timeduring summer (UTC/GMT-5 hours). Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species. Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed in any of our aquatic programs. Wearing safety vests during any water program is compulsory.
