- Infants from 1 to 5 years old or Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft will do the Dolphin Encounter behaviors experience and must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft can do the swimming experience accompanied by a paid adult.
- Children 13 years and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, must pay their ticket as an adult and can swim alone.
- The platform for the Dolphin Royal Swim program in Vallarta accommodates a maximum of 10 people.
- Life jackets are mandatory during the Dolphin Royal Swim experience.
- Rates and schedules may vary depending on selected dates.
- For the safety of our Mammals and guests, cameras are not allowed in the water. Professional photos will be available for purchase.
- Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
- Non-swimmers can take photos and videos from their position.
- Admission for companions at Aquaventuras Park costs $25 USD per adult and $19 USD per child aged 4-11.
- Locker service is included with your Dolphin Royal Swim program purchase. However, you must leave a $50 MXN deposit, which will be returned when you return the locker key in the same condition.
- Extreme activities are available at an additional cost: Zip lines and The Challenge at $60 MXN per person per activity.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
- Safety policies for The Challenge: Appropriate footwear (sneakers) is required. For the Zip Line: Maximum weight 105 kg, minimum 40 kg / Minimum height for the activity: 1.30 meters. The harness must fit properly for children.
- Older adults or people with disabilities require prior approval from the recreational area supervisors to participate in extreme activities.

- For safety reasons, women who are 5 months pregnant or more are not allowed to participate in any of our aquatic activities. Women less than 5 months pregnant can participate in the Dolphin Encounter experience only if accompanied by another adult and after signing the responsibility waiver form.
- It’s important to arrive 30 minutes before your experience, as you will receive a briefing from Specialists before your Dolphin Royal Swim experience.
