- You must arrive at Playa Langosta at 8 am to do your Check-In process.
- Don't include infants under 6 years old in your reservation as they are free of charge; however, be sure to add them in the comments section of your reservation.
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft must do the experience accompanied by one paying adult.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
- Children 13 years old and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, must pay their ticket as an adult and will be able to do the experience alone.
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
- In this program at Isla Mujeres, the maximum number of people per group is 16 to ensure a better experience.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
- Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults
- Activities involving Marine Mammals (Dolphins, Sea Lions, and Manatees) are subject to a Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA), established by the State Government of Quintana Roo. This tax will be collected at check-in, at a rate of $ 3 USD per person, and applies to guests aged 6 and above.
- Residents of Quintana Roo are exempt from the Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA).
- The funds collected from this tax go directly toward the protection of marine species in Quintana Roo.

- For safety reasons, expectant mothers of 5 months or more can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. However, expectant mothers of less than 5 months can only participate in the Encounter program if accompanied by another adult and after signing a waiver.

- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
