- Round transportation from Riviera Maya hotels. (additional $10 USD per companion).
- Facilities: Lockers, showers, restrooms.
- During your Dolphin Encounter ® program, the dolphin will give you a handshake, hugs, kisses and he will sing to you. You will also see your new friend while he makes incredible behaviors that will surprise you.
- If your kids can apply for free admission, do not include them on your reservation. No refunds will apply after the online reservation has been made. Before you finish your reservation, please write on the comments section a free entrance request for your kids or send us your request by email to customercare@dolphindiscovery.com once your reservation has been made.
- During this program in Puerto Aventuras, Riviera Maya, the dolphin will give you a handshake, hugs and kisses, they will sing and you will have free time to enjoy your new marine friends.

- The minimum age to participate in the Dolphin Encounter program is 1 year old and fit the life vest.
- Infants (1-3 years old and 2’ 11’’ – 3’ .2’’ ) FREE. This promotion applies ONLY upon client request, DO NOT INCLUDE THEM inside the reservation at the time to make your purchase, if you include child and pay for it, refunds do not apply.
- Adults (+4.7ft).
- Kids (3.3- 4.6 ft).
- Kids and infants shorter than 3' 11" must swim with a paying adult as a companion.
- After your reservation is done, please e-mail us to customercare@dolphindiscovery.com or use the comments area and ask for the free space for your children.

- It is important to be ahead of time for your program. 30 minutes before would be enough.
- Bring towels and extra cash money for taxis, shopping, lunch, etc
- For safety reasons, pregnant women with more than 5 months are not allowed in any of our aquatic programs. Pregnant women with 5 months or less will be able to participate only if accompanied by another adult and having signed the responsibility form.
- Wearing safety vests during any water program is compulsory.
