Overview

We will take you to a snorkelling experience like no other. In this tour you will have the opportunity to snorkel and swim with the whale shark! This enormous but harmless biggest fish in the world will take your breath away. They migrate near the Mexican Caribbean to spend the summer season. They are very docile creatures, eting only plankton, and are harmless and non-threatening to people, in fact, they seem to enjoy the interaction with people that come to swim with them.

Your adventure will start early in the morning when we pick you up at your hotel lobby, then you will get energy with a continental breakfast while you receive a briefing about the whale watching experience. Once at the home of the whale sharks, you will snorkel by pairs so you can get a full experience and you will have several opportunities to get into the water to have a close interaction with them . After this activity, you will keep discovering more underwater wonders as you will continue snorkeling in IxlaChe, a beautiful coral reef full of colourful fishes. The journey will end with a delicious ceviche and refreshing drinks.

This is a fantastic experience that only occurs from may to september. Swimming with the whale sharks is truly a memorable experience and the adventre of a lifetime!

Schedules: Duration of the tour: 6 hours. 06:00 AM pick up in Riviera Maya. 07:30 AM arrive at "Marina Mar Azul" and informative briefing. 08:00 AM Departure the Marina Mar Azul  towards the Whale Shark Reserve. 13:00 PM Lunch on the boat. 15:00 PM Arrival in Cancun.

This tour is note recommended for children under 12. This adventure tour has a limited capacity of 10 persons per boat. The whale shark season is only from may to september..

Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species. Bring towels, comfortable clothes and shoes, swimming suit and cash for souvenirs and tips.
